Whatever fabric, whatever size, whatever it's done to itself in the laundry basket — we've probably seen it before. Here's what we do and what's included in each.
The bread and butter. Everyday wear, work shirts, blouses, trousers, suits, school uniforms, household textiles — all sorted by colour and fabric, washed at the right temperature, and pressed by hand-finishing where it matters.
Our seamstress, Mrs Lim, has been with us since 2014. Hems, take-ins, button replacement, lining repairs, zipper replacement, and the occasional rescue of a wedding-day dress that no longer quite fits.
We take them down, deep clean them in our workshop, and re-hang them — usually within ten working days. Sheers, blackouts, dim-outs, day-and-night blinds. Bring your stepladder back into the storeroom.
Persian, wool, jute, synthetic, kids' play mats. Industrial-grade cleaning machines at the workshop, dried flat at the right humidity, and returned without the musty smell that comes back two weeks later.
Free island-wide pickup and return on orders over $45. Two-hour windows, confirmed on WhatsApp the day before. Same drivers each route — they'll know your block, your gate, and your dog's name.
When you need a suit back before Monday or a dress out the door by tomorrow night. Next-working-day turnaround on dry cleaning. Drop by 11am, ready the next day after 4pm.
Wine, oil, ink, blood, curry, grease, ballpoint, lipstick, foundation. Each stain is checked, identified, and pre-treated by hand before it goes near a machine. Old stains are not a refusal.
For pieces you'd rather not retire. Colour restoration on faded blacks and navies, fabric weight recovery for sagging wool, seam and lining repairs on jackets that still fit perfectly well.
