It shouldn't. If a stain re-appears within two weeks of return, bring the garment back and we'll re-treat it free of charge.

Yes, with photographed assessment first. We'll flag any risk before treatment and confirm in writing if you'd like.

Routine work for us. We treat traditional wear with the same care as bridal: photographed at intake, hand-cleaned where needed, pressed by hand.

Reach out within 48 hours of return with a photo. We'll review the intake notes, the workshop's progress photos, and come back to you the same working day.

Yes — full commercial cover for the workshop and in-transit. The damage policy in writing is on every order receipt, and on the legal page in the footer.

On delivery for pickup-and-return orders — we send a PayNow request after the workshop has finished and confirmed the total.

Households with a regular weekly pickup get 10% off the wash-and-fold rate from the second month.

Closed on every Singapore public holiday — including Chinese New Year (typically two days), Hari Raya, Deepavali, and Christmas.
